# Answer your team's questions

> Balt answers in your channels, or finds who can.

A question goes unanswered in a channel? Balt answers it if he can, or asks the person who can.

**1. Invite Balt to your channels**

Balt only sees a channel's content if he is invited to it. Add him to the channels where your team asks its questions.

**2. Mention him when you need him**

Mention Balt in a message: he replies in the thread.

**3. Let the Unanswered questions routine work**

On from day one, it spots questions left unanswered. Balt answers if he knows, asks someone who can, and says nothing otherwise.
