# The Balt team's routines

> The routines on from day one.

These routines are on from day one. Switch off the ones you don't need, in the **Organization** tab.

| Routine | What it does |
| - | - |
| Meeting recording | Joins your meetings and takes notes |
| Meeting coach | Gives you feedback after your meetings |
| Meeting brief | Briefs you on attendees 30 minutes before a meeting |
| Mail | Flags mail worth reading and drafts replies |
| Unanswered questions | Answers questions left unanswered in a channel, or asks someone who can |
| Work that recurs | Suggests a routine for work you keep asking for |

Some need an integration, like a calendar for meeting recording. The routine's card says which one to connect. See [Connect a tool](https://docs.hire-balt.com/en/integrations/connect.md). An administrator can switch one of these routines off for the whole organization.
