# Collect answers from the team

> A routine that asks each colleague and gathers the answers.

An administrator can ask Balt for a routine that asks each colleague something and then gathers the answers: "Every Friday at 16:00, ask everyone what they moved forward this week, then send me the summary on Monday at 9:00 in #leadership."

Balt creates a routine for each colleague, which asks them the question, and a routine that gathers the answers. It answers at the time set, or as soon as everyone has answered: its trigger is then **When a colleague answers**. Each person's routine answers into the summary, so its owner can't change where it answers.
