# Runs and versions

> What each run tells you, and how to go back to an earlier version.

## Previous runs

Each run appears with its date, its result and, when something went wrong, a code that says what stopped it.

| Result | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Running** | The routine is running right now. |
| **Succeeded** | The routine did its work and posted its result. |
| **Nothing to report** | Everything went fine, and there was nothing to say. |
| **Condition not met** | The script checked and found nothing to do. Balt wasn't involved. |
| **Waiting for approval** | The routine is waiting for someone to approve an action. |
| **Failed** | The routine couldn't finish. The code on the right says why. |
| **Timed out** | The run took too long and was stopped. |
| **Cancelled** | The run was stopped before the end. |
| **Missed** | Its moment had passed before it started. Nothing was done or charged. |

| Code | What to do |
| - | - |
| `integration_unavailable` | A tool didn't answer or isn't connected anymore. Check it under **Integrations**. See [Manage an account](https://docs.hire-balt.com/en/integrations/manage.md). |
| `no_credits` | The organization has no credits left. See [Credits and billing](https://docs.hire-balt.com/en/credits.md). |
| `script_failed`, `agent_failed` | The routine hit an error. Ask Balt to fix it. |

Under each run you read the start of what it produced. When the routine answered in a conversation you can't see, the result is only visible there.

## Previous versions

Each change saves a new version: the instructions, the trigger, the records it follows or its permissions.

**Restore** puts a version back in force from the next run. The version you replace stays in the list, so you can go back if needed.
